Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mygolfiqapp.com and the GolfIQ waitlist (together, the "Site"). By visiting the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

GolfIQ is currently in development. The GolfIQ mobile app described on this Site is not yet publicly available. These Terms currently apply to the Site and waitlist; separate, more detailed terms will govern use of the GolfIQ app itself once it launches.

Use of our website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including its waitlist signup form.
• Submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything, now or in the future. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• A specific launch date for GolfIQ.
• Early access ahead of other waitlist members, though we intend to honor early access as described elsewhere on the Site.
• That GolfIQ will ultimately launch in its currently described form, or at all.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist at any time. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

The GolfIQ app and Pro subscriptions

Pricing and features described on this Site, including the Free and Pro tiers, reflect our current plans and are subject to change before launch. Once the GolfIQ app is publicly available, a separate, more detailed Terms of Service will govern its use, including account creation, subscription billing, cancellation, and acceptable use of social features like Groups and the friend feed.

If you choose to subscribe to GolfIQ Pro once it's available, billing terms (including how to cancel) will be presented clearly at the time of purchase, and you'll be able to cancel at any time as described in our Pricing and FAQ pages.

Intellectual property

The GolfIQ name, logo, and the content on this Site (text, graphics, and design) are owned by GolfIQ or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Statistics, statements, and figures referenced on the Site (such as market size estimates) are provided for general informational context and should not be relied upon as precise or independently verified data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or waitlist will not exceed the amount you've paid us, which, since the Site and waitlist are currently free, is zero dollars.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the waitlist at any time, for example if we believe you've violated these Terms or provided false information. You may stop using the Site or leave the waitlist at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GolfIQ is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as GolfIQ develops, particularly as we approach public launch and introduce app-specific terms covering accounts, subscriptions, and social features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes, and for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify waitlist members directly.
